12-Days The Wonder Of Vietnam

Day 1: HANOI ARRIVAL

Pick up on arrival in Hanoi and transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is at your leisure. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 2: Hanoi – Ha Long Bay Cruise (B,L,D)

8:00- 8:15am, pick up at your hotel. Drive through green rice paddy fields to Ha Long Bay. You will board a junk for a cruise among the hundreds of islets of Ha Long Bay. Enjoy a seafood lunch and a swim (if weather permits) before visiting a grotto of gigantic stalactites and stalagmites. Drop anchor in the late evening for an overnight stay among the dramatic limestone peaks rising out of the sea.

Day 3: Ha Long Bay – Boat Cruise – Hanoi (B,L)

Spend the morning cruising through the limestone cliffs and emerald waters of Ha Long Bay before returning to the wharf.  Our bus will take you back to Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 4: Full Day in Hanoi (B).

You have a full day free at leisure to discover the capital city of Vietnam.

Day 5:  Hanoi- Da Nang by flight (B)

Breakfast at the hotel and free at leisure until transfer time to the airport for the flight to Da Nang .

Pick up at Hue airport and transfer to the hotel in Hoi An for check-in.

Day 6:  Hoian- My Son tour  (B,L)

Breakfast at the hotel.

08:00 Our guide will come to meet you at your hotel and then drive to My Son, a World Heritage, 40 km southwest of Hoi An. Located in a lush valley, My Son was a capital and religious center of Cham people, now remaining with red brick towers and sanctuaries. My Son, considered to be in the same league as some of Southeast Asia’s greatest archaeological sites, including Angkor in Cambodia, Bagan in Myanmar, Ayutthaya in Thailand and Borobudur in Indonesia. These towers and sanctuaries was built from the 7 to 13 centuries. Have lunch in the local restaurant. Finish tour at your hotel.

Day 7: Hoi An- Hue (B)

9:00am depart for Hue. Stop at Hai Van Pass for a break and take the pictures.

Arrive in Hue at 12:00pm, check-in the hotel and free time in Hue.

Day 8: Hue City tour (B,L)

9:00am pick up for Hue City tour. Take a morning boat cruise on the peaceful Perfume River to visit the Thien Mu Pagoda and then take a car to the poetic mausoleum of Emperor Tu Duc. In the afternoon, proceed to visit the Imperial Citadel and the Dong Ba Market. The spectacular Citadel (which was built in accordance to strict principles of geomancy) houses a series of palaces, ornate halls, libraries, residences and colleges.

Day 9: Hue- Saigon(B)

Breakfast at the hotel.

Today, you will have a flight to Saigon.

Get pick up on arrival in Saigon city and free at leisure.

Day 10: Cu Chi tunnels Half day tour (B)

 08:30 Pick up at your hotel. Excursion Cu Chi Tunnels, an underground tunnels network constructed by Vietnamese fighters during the struggle for independence. It took about 25 years to build this underground city, which has living rooms, kitchens, hospitals, weapon factories, storage facilities and command centre. The tunnel system was an excellent way for the Vietcong to move around the countryside undetected by the Americans and home to around 10,000 people who lived underground for several years.

Before we go underground, we watch a short introductory video showing how the tunnels were constructed. We then spend the next hour exploring the maze of tunnels. Also on display are various mantraps and the remains of an American tank as well as numerous bomb craters made by 500 pound bombs dropped by B52 bombers. We then drive back to Saigon.

Day 11: Full Day in Saigon (B)
Today you will have full day free time for relaxing and discover Saigon by yourself.

There are many places to visit and we recommend you to visit the Notre Dame Cathedral, Central Post office, former Independence palace, and War museum.

In the evening you can have dinner on the boat that cruise along the Saigon river. That will be an memorable evening. contact our tour guide to book this great dinner.

Day 12:  DEPARTURE   (B)

Breakfast at the hotel. Free at leisure until transfer to Tan Son Nhat airport for your departure flight to go back home with the sweet memories.
